Hello fellow bloggers,

Hello my name is Kina Bramlette and I like many of the other students chose to take this class due to receiving an eight on the WPA. After attending the first class I feel this class won't be as burdensome as I had previously assumed as we will be able to write in various settings and use creative pizazz.

Now the interesting stuff about me. I had a hard time thinking of ten things about myself to write down on the plagiarism sheet so this should be interesting. I am a junior and an international business major from Phoenix, Arizona(yes it is hot there). My hobbies include all of the following but are not limited to; swimming, mountain biking, playing guitar, surfing when I can, and other miscellaneous activities. As stated earlier, I am an international business major, ergo I do speak Spanish but not enough to call myself fluent without lying to myself and I also picked up French which I am progressing in as well. I will be studying aboard in Spain in the spring semester so you will not have to deal with me again at least until Fall 2017.

My career aspiration is to one day work for a hedge fund and if that is not boring enough for you then I would also like to work in the finance department of a company that has international dealings.

Since this is an RWS class, I have to say that I do not mind writing as long as it is not a strenuous paper or requires a lot of work, i.e. a research paper. I should note that I am a big reader. I found that many students do not read at all unless required which is rather alarming. I was succumbed to the elementary school propaganda of "reading is cool" and have kept with it ever since. One could also make an argument that the Harry Potter craze in the late 90's and early 2000's influenced me heavily. My favorite author is Dan Brown whose notable books include The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. If you have not heard of these books, they are movies with Tom Hanks running through various European settings. Inferno which is Brown's latest novel comes out as a movie on October 28th(if anyone cares).

I do spend a good amount of time watching tv and movies possibly more than I should. A few movies on my list are Castaway, Pursuit of Happyness, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Rush Hour 2  just to name a few. My favorite shows are Two and a Half Men(before Aston Kutcher), Big Bang Theory, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Daily Show and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. I like to talk about politics and current events and "the issues" as well as the weather and sports or any other boring dad rhetoric.

If you have made it this far and are still reading, I am impressed. If you can read my blog in its entirety, you can definitely make it through Now You See Me Two as both attempt to entertain, but fail miserably making the writers wonder why they thought it was a good idea to present these works in the first place.

Your classmate and fellow blogger for the semester,

Kina Bramlette
